You guys flip houses right?
We never liked the word “flip” because it implies people are just slapping paint on walls and trying to make a quick buck. We like to envision the next family moving into these homes and proudly apply the same quality of work that we do in our own homes. You learn pretty quick that a whole-home renovation is not as sexy as the TV shows make it! It can be 1,000+ hours of work, new lessons learned on every project, constantly deliberating on design choices, and always adjusting to the inevitable hurdles that arise. All of this hard work culminates to a tangible end product that is extremely rewarding.
